From 1972 until 1979, the Italian automaker Lamborghini developed the Lamborghini Urraco.
With a V8 engine and a smaller size, it was created as a less expensive rival to the Lamborghini Miura and Lamborghini Countach. The Urraco, a Spanish style of bullfighting, inspired the car’s name.
The P200, P250, and P300 were the three separate variants of the Urraco, each with a unique engine configuration and output. The P250 and P300 had 2.5-liter and 3.0-liter V8 engines, respectively, while the P200 had a 2.0-liter V8 engine. The most advanced P300 had a maximum output of 247 horsepower and a top speed of 162 mph.
Despite the Urraco’s remarkable performance and distinctive appearance, sales were not as strong as Lamborghini had intended. It is a unique and prized vehicle among collectors and enthusiasts because only 791 were made.
